Lucas Oliveira is a nutritionist with a process engineering background specializing in plant-based nutrition using a science-based and holistic approach. Lucas' purpose is to spread awareness of the importance of adopting a plant-based diet, for the health of the global population and of the planet, and more specifically, to facilitate the process for people who want to transition to a plant-based diet. Jorge Boabaid is the General Manager of Plantz and brings a unique blend of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit to the forefront of the plant-based industry. Graduating with a Master's in Innovation and Technological Entrepreneurship, and enhancing service delivery at Dell Technologies, Jorge steered Plantz from its inception to become a bootstrapped business. He’s on a mission to create impactful plant-based solutions globally, emphasizing a philosophy centered on sustainable, long-term growth, relationships, and a deep commitment to nurturing impactful business ecosystems.
